How long does the battery actually last?
At 135°F, the 14oz Mug runs for 80 minutes off the coaster, or 160 minutes with a lid. On the included charging coaster, it maintains your set temperature while in use and auto-sleeps after 2 hours of inactivity.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes — the Ember app is on both the App Store and Google Play.
What is your return policy?

Is there a warranty?
1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, registered through the app.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Hand wash only. The electronics are sealed (IPX7), but dishwasher heat can damage internal components over time.

Will it keep cold drinks cold?
